He said we needed to make some changes to what I thought were great photos and videos that I had created for the MLS listing, and once I saw what his team produced, I realized he was correct. That's where the changes began, and there were some further ones, but as it turned out, the more I trusted his advice and accepted it, the closer we came to the eventual sale, where we closed just over 9% above list, and I think it was 8% above appraised, and there were good reasons for that, which Brian was able to expertly articulate to the buyers agent and take us to closing. It's hard to imagine being more impressed by an agent, especially in the current, tricky market comprised of high interest rates and inventory, combined with increasingly unpredictable geopolitical and environmental concerns. He did a great job, and I would strongly recommend him to my closest friends and family, and to anyone who needs a true, absolutely expert, and honest agent. A veteran of direct combat in service to our country, a strong family, and a solid upbringing probably contributed to my very positive experience with him.
Brian was an amazing asset in the sale of our home in Wingate South in Littleton. He was knowledgeable about the area, easy to work with, and helped guide us through the entire process - from prep to listing to closing. I cannot express my gratitude to Brian enough. He is truly dedicated to getting your house sold! He went above and beyond the call of duty for me multiple times. I am out of state, so he did much of the on-site work for me in my absence. His pricing was on point, and we only had to reduce once before getting a solid offer. Our deal was complicated because it was a loan assumption with a dependency on our buyer selling their home and their buyer selling theirs.
